Descrierea postului:
Acest rol oferă oportunitatea unica de a lucra îndeaproape cu vopsitorii și specialiști, și de a contribui la succesul diverselor proiecte.
Candidatul Ideal:
- Experiență minim 3 - 5 ani în poziția de vopsitor auto sau tehnician vopsele auto
- Abilități de promovare și autopromovare
- Persoană dinamică, responsabilă, orientată către client, performanță și atingerea obiectivelor
- Prezentabil și respectuos, cu spirit de inițiativă și spirit de echipă
- Cunoaștere limbă engleză, scris și vorbit, nivel mediu
- Abilități de comunicare și relaționare cu clienții specializați
- Permis de conducere categoria B.
- Abilități informatice/digitale: Lucru cu, calculator/laptop, cunoștințe MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word și de lucru cu programele de rețete, abilități de învățare și înțelegere rapidă a rețetarelor și documentației coloristice.

Descrierea jobului:
- Oferirea de soluții tehnice clienților, pe lângă operaţiile de vopsire propriu-zise
- Asistă vopsitorii în selectarea vopselurilor și materialelor/sistemelor potrivite pentru fiecare proiect
- Acordă asistență pentru pregătirea suprafețelor pentru vopsire, prin curățire, șlefuire și aplicarea grundurilor
- Acordă asistență și consultanță pentru alegerea rețetelor de amestecare/mixare, pentru a obține cromatica, culorile și texturile dorite
- Punerea în funcțiune a echipamentelor și mixerelor de vopsea la clienți
- Efectuarea vizitelor de mentenanță la clienții existenți
- Lucru în echipă cu reprezentanții de vânzări
- Deplasări la sediul clienților/ distribuitorilor
- Implementarea materialelor noi apărute în gamă, testarea și promovarea acestora către clienți, conform cu strategia grupului
- Cunoașterea și întreținerea exemplară a echipamentelor din dotare, și folosirea acestora la efectuarea demonstrațiilor
- Respectarea planului de vizită elaborat împreună cu reprezentanții de vânzări, și/sau directorul de vânzări
- Raportarea și transmiterea concluziilor trase pe parcursul demonstrațiilor, cât și recomandări de îmbunătățire a proceselor sau gamei de materiale existente în locația vizitată.
