Mihaela Mitroi is a top consultant in the field of taxation, with over 25 years of experience in Romania and Southeast Europe. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with some of the largest companies in the region, offering personalized solutions for tax optimization, business restructuring, and compliance with international regulations.

Currently, she serves as Managing Partner at Global Tax and Business Advisory, where she provides complex tax consulting in areas such as corporate tax, VAT, individual taxation, excise duties, environmental fund, international taxation, due diligence, and restructuring.

Mihaela Mitroi is recognized for her significant contributions to modernizing tax legislation in Romania and in Central and Eastern Europe. She has coordinated large-scale projects for multinational and local companies, possessing expertise in tax compliance, restructuring, privatization, and tax optimization.

In addition to her consulting work, Mihaela Mitroi is an associate professor in the Master’s programs at the Academy of Economic Studies and the Faculty of Law in Bucharest, serving as an important benchmark in tax education.
