With a career spanning over two decades in taxation, Cristina Mogos is a leading consultant recognized for her technical expertise and strategic approach. Combining experience gained in both the public and private sectors, she offers efficient tax solutions that comply with the latest regulations.

Cristina began her professional journey with Romania’s tax authorities, where she worked for 15 years, acquiring a deep understanding of inspection mechanisms and the enforcement of tax legislation. Subsequently, she spent 7 years with some of the Big4 companies, consolidating her expertise in international tax consulting, due diligence, and tax optimization. In the last 3 years, she has taken the entrepreneurial path, providing personalized tax consulting at the highest level.

A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics, Cristina further expanded her knowledge with a second specialization in Public Administration at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA). She has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania (CCF) since 2007 and of the Body of Expert Accountants and Authorized Accountants of Romania (CECCAR) since 2006.

Cristina provides high-level tax consulting both nationally and internationally, with extensive expertise in areas such as tax inspections—assisting companies in their interactions with tax authorities and managing related risks—tax reviews, due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, and more. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including IT, automotive, pharmaceuticals, retail, energy, and construction, giving her an in-depth understanding of each sector’s unique characteristics.

Throughout her career, Cristina has participated in official working groups to amend tax legislation, actively contributing to the improvement of the regulatory framework. She is also a speaker at specialized conferences and the author of well-regarded tax articles in the industry.

Outside of her profession, Cristina is passionate about travel and jewelry collecting—hobbies that reflect her attention to detail and continuous desire for knowledge.
