Roxana Gavrila is a finance executive, ACCA qualified, with nearly 30 years of experience running complex operations, not just advising on them. As CFO of GlaxoSmithKline Romania she led a 75-person function with full ownership across risk, controls, treasury, and operations. She went on to hold CFO mandates across demanding industries, co-found an M&A boutique closing private equity deals across FMCG, energy, pharma, and retail, and advisor within a private equity fund.

Roxana has embraced challenges and took relevant trainings to incorporate changes in the day to day working environment – Artificial Intelligence from MIT and LEADDER, Digital Marketing from London Business School and ongoing ESG training with ACCA. These reflect a deliberate choice of staying current and converting new realities into actionable value — consistently, across three decades of shifting markets, technologies, and business environments.
Most added value brought on the table is addressed mainly to two audiences facing equally demanding challenges.
