Răzvan is a Senior Tax Advisor within Global Tax and Business Advisory (GTA Tax), with a focus on corporate taxation, VAT advisory, and cross-border structuring. He has over four years of professional experience in tax consulting, providing comprehensive support to both Romanian and international clients across multiple industries.

Răzvan’s experience covers a broad spectrum of tax matters, including the preparation of detailed fiscal memoranda, transaction due diligence, VAT compliance and advisory, and assistance during tax audits and reviews by the authorities. He routinely advises Romanian multinational groups on the tax implications of complex operational structures, ensuring both efficiency and compliance in rapidly changing regulatory environments.

He has been involved in projects spanning several European jurisdictions and beyond, working closely with legal, accounting, and management teams to deliver integrated, technically sound, and commercially aligned tax solutions. His analytical mindset and attention to detail enable him to identify key risk areas and provide practical, results-oriented recommendations tailored to each client’s business model.

Răzvan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Communication from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He is known for his structured and forward-looking approach to taxation, combining deep technical understanding with a strong sense of practicality and business insight.
