With over 11 years of professional experience in tax consulting, gained within Big4 and 2nd Tier firms, Andreea is the kind of specialist who not only masters complex tax matters but also knows how to explain them in a clear and practical way. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She is also certified with the ADIT (Advanced Diploma in International Taxation), awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) in the United Kingdom – an internationally recognized qualification covering all aspects of international taxation. Since 2020, she has been a certified tax consultant and an active member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF).

Throughout her career, Andreea has gained valuable international exposure, including participating in a secondment program in Casablanca, Morocco.

 

What exactly does she do?
Andreea provides tax consultancy services for both Romanian and international matters, assisting companies and individuals in navigating complex tax environments.

Her experience covers a wide range of areas, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, personal income tax, immigration, international tax, and local taxes. She has worked across multiple industries such as retail, infrastructure and construction, IT, automotive, production, industrial products, and energy.

She has been involved in various types of projects, including: assisting clients during tax inspections carried out by the Romanian authorities, tax compliance and tax review projects, due diligence projects in the context of M&A transactions, as well as tax restructuring projects, immigration and global mobility projects, including assistance for non-resident employer working structures, projects concerning the establishment of holding companies in Romania, as well as Romanian Permanent Establishments.

She actively participates in conferences and seminars on tax-related topics and contributes to the drafting of technical articles. She is also fluent in English.

 

More than just taxes
Beyond her professional activity, Andreea enjoys an active and dynamic lifestyle. She is passionate about sports, cooking, spending time with family and friends, driving, and traveling. She is also fascinated by animals, especially cats, which bring her a lot of joy and relaxation outside of work.
